Support for GPT-5 mini

Support for GPT-5 mini has been added to the Bugster configuration. Both OpenAI and elmah.io-hosted options for the new model are available. Be aware that GPT-5 is running slower than GPT-4 because it processes with a larger context.

In addition, the models have been grouped into current and deprecated categories to help you get on the latest model.
