Elmah.Io.Wpf 5.3.28

We released a new version (5.3.28) of the Elmah.Io.Wpf package. The new version includes the following changes:

• Logging more details about known WPF exceptions.
• Pick URL from exception if any.
• Newest Elmah.Io.Client.
