Elmah.Io.Log4Net 4.1.18

We released a new version (4.1.18) of the Elmah.Io.Log4Net package. The new version includes the following changes:

• Running on the newest version of the Elmah.Io.Client package.
• Include readme in the NuGet package.
• Building on .NET 6 and new .NET 6 samples.

Just for the record, neither log4net nor Elmah.Io.Log4Net is affected by the Log4j vulnerability issue.
