Elmah.Io.Client 4.3.43

We released a new version (4.3.43) of the Elmah.Io.Client package. The new version includes the following changes:

• New ToMessage extension method on Exception to help generate a prefilled CreateMessage object.
• Synced changes from the latest version of the API.
• Upgraded samples to .NET 6.
