Cloudflare added to sub-processors

Cloudflare has been added to the list of sub-processors. We use Cloudflare as a web application firewall and content delivery network in front of our websites. That means Cloudflare processes the IP address and request details of visitors in order to filter malicious traffic and deliver pages.
